This Privacy Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on User’s devices using cookies, as well as information regarding the processing of User’s personal data, used for the implementation of services provided electronically to the User by Jan Tarasin Art Gallery in Kalisz.

I. DEFINITIONS

  1. Personal Data Administrator – Jan Tarasin Art Gallery, located at 5 Św. Józefa Square, 62-800 Kalisz, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in User’s devices.

II. TYPES OF COOKIES USED

V. Information regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the RODO

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”), we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of personal data, as defined by the regulations on personal data protection, is Jan Tarasin Art Gallery, pl. Św. Józefa 5, 62-800 Kalisz

  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, who can be contacted on any matter related to personal data protection at: inspektor.odo@tarasin.pl

  3. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  1. Conclusion of a contract. Data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject , prior to entering into a contract

  2. upon separate consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) RODO, data may also be processed for the purpose of sending information by e-mail, sms and post;

  1. When it is necessary to provide our services, personal data may be shared with third parties for the purpose when it is necessary for their participation to provide these services. Data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  2. Personal data processed for purposes other than the performance of contracts – covered by a statement in the form of consent will be processed until such consent is revoked.

  3. The data subject has the right to access the content of his personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  4. If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  5. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator until you withdraw your consent to its processing or until the expiration of the time limits provided by law for claims related to the performance of the contract in connection with which the data are processed.

    Anyone may withdraw their consent to data processing at any time by writing to the Administrator’s registered office address or by sending an e-mail to : inspektor.odo@tarasin.pl which will not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out before the withdrawal of consent.
